1.  What Does Stock Traders Daily do?

Stock Traders Daily provides Economic Analysis, Market Analysis, Market Timing Tools, Commentary, and more.  Please read the series of links at the top of the home page for more details on each subject: http://www.stocktradersdaily.com

2.  How much does it cost?

Stock Traders Daily offers 1 payment option plus an annual discount:

• $299 per month.
• 50% discount paid up front for 1 year.

3.  Why do you ask for a credit card number for a Free Trial?

After a  free trial, your credit card will be billed automatically and we need your card information to process that billing.  That is, unless you cancel your membership beforehand.  See #5 below for instructions about how to cancel your membership.

4.  Will you charge my credit card automatically after the Free Trial ends?

Yes.  Unless you cancel your account within that 10-day trial period.

5.  Can I cancel my Membership at any time?

Yes!  You can cancel your membership by clicking on the Administration link from the menu at any time.  Your membership will continue until your anniversary date and on your anniversary date you will no longer be able to access Stock Traders Daily.  Example:  You register on the 15th of the month and effectively your anniversary date is the 15th of every subsequent month.   5 months later you get a job transfer and you have to cancel your membership.  You cancel on the 25th of the month.  Your membership will continue to be valid until the 15th of the following month and after that time you will no longer be able to access Stock Traders daily.  Here is the link to the administration area: http://www.stocktradersdaily.com/Main/Administration/

6.  Do you offer refunds?

We offer a Free 10-Day Trial to allow you plenty of time to determine if you want to receive our services.   We do not offer refunds after the 10 day trial.

7.  I forgot my Username and Password.  What do I do?

8.  I changed my e-mail address, what do I do?

Go to the Administration link  and select Edit account info.  You can change your e-mail address there.  Here is the administration link: http://www.stocktradersdaily.com/Main/Administration/

9.  I have a new credit card, what do I do?

Go to the Administration link  and select Edit account info.  You can change your credit card number there.  Here is the administration link: http://www.stocktradersdaily.com/Main/Administration/

10.  How do I cancel my membership?

Go to the Administration link and select Cancel  You can cancel your account there.  Here is the administration link: http://www.stocktradersdaily.com/Main/Administration/

11.  I already canceled my membership, why am I still receiving e-mail alerts?

Your membership or trial membership lasts until the date noted on your cancellation notice.  This will be either your anniversary date, it you are a normal member, or 10 days from your sign up date if you are a trial member, assuming that you have canceled.  You will continue to receive e-mails until your cancellation is official.

12.  How do I stop getting e-mail alerts?

We send email alerts to all of our clients to keep them informed of our opinions.  This includes a nightly email with a summary of our newsletter, and a letter from our Chief Investment Officer.  If you prefer not to receive these please contact us and we will make an adjustment to your account.
